Positive, Great location near restaurants and the center. Breakfast was decent, especially with a toaster. Staff was super cute when we arrived early with our bags. They even supported us when our car got damaged. A cozy and pleasant experience 😊

hotel is located at the gates of the Old Town, looks quite inconsiderate from the street, inside is very comfortable - 3 floors, there is an entrance to the rooms from the garden, from the gallery, as well as from a closed room. It is actually 4 houses with a courtyard, there is quite a large garden with tables, you can have breakfast outside and drink coffee and wine in the evening. At night the trees are lit up, romantic. We had a pretty big triple room for two with a table, closet, nightstands. I saw a double room - it's much smaller. Normal cleaning, caring staff - recommended restaurants, places where you can walk, always willingly responded to our requests. Nearby Via Tenturieu - in my opinion, most romantic street in Avignon, river flows along it and wheels of old mills spin. Restaurants on it are more budget, plane trees are luxurious, at night the youth walks strongly (you can't hear in the hotel, it's a 5 minute walk). centre is 15-20 minutes on foot along picturesque streets with interesting houses, cafes and shops. You can park at the wall, from 19 to 9 free of charge, then for a very reasonable fee. in the evening there are no places to go. There is an even more remote street for free parking, there are also difficulties in finding a place. Underground parking at a distance of 600 m, like everyone else, is quite expensive (15-20 euros per night), there are always places.
All basic amenities are great!!! But you can do better than that: . The bathroom has a short curtain, water splashes on the floor... The toilet seat makes a loud squeak... It doesn't generally spoil the impression.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Avignon Central Station (most trains arrive at the new TGV station in 5 minutes by train) and a 10-minute walk from the centre. The room is lovely, spacious, beautiful interior, garden view. Large bathroom, SMART TV. The room is cozy and quiet, quality room cleaning. Excellent breakfast: ham, cheese, croissants, juice, coffee, fruit.
No kettle or fridge (as described). One of the receptionists was not very friendly. Next to the hotel is not quite a pleasant area, makes the impression of deserted and abandoned. It is better to walk to the centre along the stone wall surrounding the historic centre.

The inner courtyard was such a relaxing spot for breakfast ☀️! Convenient location made it easy to explore, but the shower had some leaks. A comfy stay!

The garden courtyard provided a serene escape from the busy streets.
I also found that the room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, disappointing. Despite the staff being helpful, they didn't seem to handle the cleanliness and supply situation adequately, leaving me frustrated.

The charming courtyard offered a peaceful escape after long days of sightseeing. I enjoyed a relaxing charcuterie dinner there, though I missed having wine glasses in the room. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, equipped with everything needed, and the AC worked wonderfully. Staff helpfulness stood out, as they provided great directions and assistance with breakfast supplies. My room was noisy in the mornings due to its proximity to the reception. The shower curtain made for some awkward moments in the bathroom. A comfy stay with room for some improvements in soundproofing and bathroom privacy.

Friendly staff, excellent location, easy to find parking space.
We stayed in a room facing the street, so it was a bit noisy. We also had the misfortune to have noisy guests next door and the walls aren`t thick enough.

The room was cool off a shady courtyard.
We liked the look of the tables in the garden, but in fact it was not a garden for sitting out just a dusty courtyard with a plastic gazebo in it. Breakfast was in a dark dining room inside so we just went out.

Location
The hotel is old, the room was not cleaned prоperly, sanitary facilities broken, the electricity in the room out of order. My attempt to use the wall outlets led to a short circuit and there were open electric cords all over the room! It does not match the price for over 90 euros with the breakfast that was also poor.

Hotel is conveiniently located. Free Parking is available nearby and staff are friendly and very helpful.
Room is small. Breakfast does not worth its price at 8.5 Euro.

The hotel is located near Avignon centre station. It's convenient to visit other cities by train.
Internet connection is very poor. It didn't work so many times. And Breakfast is not fresh and cheap. It's better to have it in cafe.

The location was excellent, the buffet breakfast was good and constantly replenished and the staff were friendly.
Rooms on the ground floor overlooking the shady courtyard were a bit dark.

The hotel's location in the old quarter is perfect for families, with access to explore the historic sites. The spacious family room comfortably accommodated my four young children, and we enjoyed the good buffet breakfast with plenty of options to fuel our adventures.
My kids wished there were a play area for them.
